Theme: methods for outdoor education

Place:  Nasutow (near Lublin ), Poland

Aims:

To provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills in using outdoor techniques in work with youth. We want to learn how to use our environment and surrounding on each stage of working with the group – from integration and warming up games , through getting to know each other, different kinds of workshops, evaluation till conflict management, dynamics of the group and solving critic situations.

Networking on EVS

Seminar on EVS

Targu Jiu, Romania, May 22-27, 2006

Context

The current seminar is the outcome of the coordination provided by Youngsters without Borders for the past 9 months for a multilateral EVS in Serbia and Macedonia in conjunction with organizations from Serbia , Macedonia , Holland and France . This is a wonderful opportunity for participants to learn from all partners involved about good and less good experiences when working in a network on EVS. Therefore, the seminar is constructed in such a way that both experienced and beginners in the European Voluntary Service will have the possibility to network and to explore in field work on the EVS project cycle, from its inception to the unfolding and wrapping up with the reporting stage.

Throughout the course participants will be in contact with current and former EVS volunteers to discuss quality and instruments to improve communication amongst all actors involved in an EVS project.

Aims:

- Increase the quality of EVS

- Ensure targeted sustainability

- Facilitate participation of youth organization from Serbia and Montenegro , Croatia , Macedonia , Bosnia Herzegovina and Albania in the European Voluntary Service

- Broaden the scope of who serves as volunteers

Objectives:

- Develop a learning environment: person to person / organization to organization

- Raise the awareness of the need for EVS in their communities

- Provide information on topical issues: networking, conflict management, etc.

- Work on skills: intercultural sensitivity, project management, conflict management & crisis prevention, networking

- Opportunity to set up thematic networks on EVS & adhere to European Platform for Youth Development  (EPYD)

- To find partners for EVS projects

Actors:

Methodology and the logic of the course

The course Networking on EVS (see programme grid) is based on the principles and practises of integrating and complementing non-formal education and formal education, youth worker and youth leader training.

In conjunction with the topics of the course, Networking on EVS, the learning process is constructed as follows:

-         based on the intrinsic motivation of the learner;

-         generally not implying the control of individual learning achievement;

-         learner centred and based on the experiences of participants;

-         based on a personal responsibility for learning, supported by a strong group dimension and a collective approach;

-         organised in order to enable participants to apply and transfer what they have learnt to their youth work practise;

-         organised taking into account the needs and motivation of participants and being open to regular feedback and evaluations

Participants will be called to reflect upon the possibility to initiate EVS projects in networks using their experience, creativity and the tools provided by trainers and the Action 2 officers from the National Agency in Romania .

The program of activities and contents are organized so as to allow a breeding ground for the maximum participation of the group. The working methods to be used during the seminar are: presentations, working groups, debates, round table discussions, simulations, outdoor activities, learning space dynamic, needs analysis, PEST and SWOT analysis, and role play.

Contributions from an EVS project coordinators and ex-EVS is also expected to introduce life experience examples.

Target group

We are looking for 25 participants from EU member states, Romania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia who are full time, part time or voluntary youth workers who in their daily work are responsible with volunteerism in the their organizations.

Organizations that have never worked in the framework of European Voluntary Service are strongly encouraged to apply for the course.

Furthermore, the following criteria are relevant for participants of this training course:

- At least 18 years old.

- Ability to follow the seminar in English.

- Commitment to participate the full duration of the seminar.

- Motivation to develop in the future projects in SEE and EU in the frame of

Action 2- EVS – YOUTH Programme.

Costs

- Youngsters without Borders is responsible for the hosting costs (accommodation, food, program activities)

- Each organization is responsible for travel costs (transfer from Bucharest Airport as well), visa costs if needed of participants from their countries.

- A participation fee of 100 euros for participants from Romania ; 160 euros for two participants from the same organzation.

Short Description: 

The main aim of this project is for the participants to discover their historic and cultural identity and re-live the daily life of young people in an old city trying to discover similarities and differences that characterized the life of the various Mediterranean populations throughout a biomatic process, based on the organization of workshops on theater, music, language, ceramic, painting, athletics, and cooking.

Music and food are without doubts some of the elements connecting until today many Mediterranean cultures and populations and it is very interesting to see that there are common music and taste features, tradition or language elements that have been transferred, exchanged -transformed or not- from country to country, from the Aegean to the coasts of Phoenicia, to the north of Africa, to Latio and the Iberic peninsula.

 În perioada 26-29 feb a.c.,  partenerii din mai multe colturi ale Europei, s-au intalnit la Stip, in Macedonia in vederea finalizarii planului de lansare a asociatiei Platforma Europeana pentru Dezvoltarea Tineretului (European Platform for Youth Development - EPYD).

            Platforma este un corp nonguvernamental, nonprofit si apolitic, bazat pe cooperarea regionala intre Uniunea Europeana  si tarile partenere.

            La baza acestei Platforme stau organizatii din Albania, Azerbaijan, Italia, Macedonia, Malta, Romania, Serbia, Turcia, Danemarca si Georgia.

            Misiunea Platformei este de a sporii calitatea si eficienta, de a sustine dezvoltarea, de a face lobby pentru recunoastere si de a pleda pentru o participare activa a organizatiilor din sectorul tineretului.

            Intre 21- 25 mai 2006 va avea loc, la Bruxelles, si prima Adunare Generala, urmata de intalniri la Comisia Europeana, Parlamentul European si Misiunea Romaniei in Uniunea Europeana.

            Crearea acestei Platforme Europene (EPYD) este rezultatul fructuos al al proiectului Networking for Tomorrow, coordonat de Asociatia Tineri Fara Frontiere (YWB-Romania) si cofinantat de Comisia Europeana prin Programul Tineret , implementat in Romania de Autoritatea Nationala pentru Tinerert (ANT).

The aim of the project is to make youths from different European countries meet each other by focusing on the importance of INTER-RAIL, to encourage youths who have not set off for inter-rail yet by benefiting from the experiences of other people who are expert of it and to help youths to gain free time activities. In ajun de Craciun , pe 23 Decembrie 2005- Asociatia Tineti Fara Frontiere va oferi un numar de 40 de cadouri-pachete unor familii si unor copii cu posibilitati financiare reduse.In dimineata acestei zile (h 9.30) vom oferi pachete unor copii defavorizati, din municipiul Tg-Jiu.Iar, la 11.30 Tg-Jiu- TFF-isti vor “colinda”, impreuna cu primarul comunei Runcu, casele a 20 de familii, cu o situatie materiala mai dificila, din aceasta comuna si satele invecinate ; Î i vom colinda, oferindu-le in acelasi timp pachete, constand in produse alimentare: dulciuri, faina, zahar, paste fainoase, suc si portocale, sperand ca astfel sa le aducem putin din bucuria si spiritul Sarbatorii de Craciun.Realizarea actiunii e posibila cu sprijinul Prefecturii Gorj, a Primariei Mun. Tg-Jiu, precum si al unor sponsori cu suflet mare.

In perioada 15-18 Decembrie 2005, o delegatie a Asociatiei Tineri fara Frontiere s-a deplasat in Serbia pentru evaluarea intermediara a proiectului multilateral de voluntariat, Experience and Learn, ce se desfasoara in Serbia si Macedonia pe o perioada de 9 luni cu aportul a 5 voluntari din Olanda, Franta si Romania.

In perioada 10 -15 Decembrie Asociatia Tineri Fara Frontiere a organizat in Leskovek, Serbia a doua intilnire de lucru pentru constituirea Platformei Europene de Tineret care are ca misiune recunoasterea , calitatea si dezvoltarea in sectorul de tineret, cu precadere pentru tarile partenere ale Uniunii Europene.La intilnire au participat reprezentanti din Serbia, Macedonia, Albania, Georgia, Romania si Malta.Ultima intalnire de lucru va avea loc la Instambul , in luna ianuarie 2006, unde vor participa toate organizatiile fondatoare si reprezentanti ai Consiliului Europei si Comisiei Europene.Sistemul de guvernare al Platformei este construit pe folrmula presedentiei rotative si a reprezentarii politice prin Secretariatul Antena la Bruxelles.Proiectul se bucura de sprijinul Agentiilor Nationale penrtru Cooperare Europeana in Domuniul Tineretului, administratiei publice si a reprezentantilor sectorului privat din tarile participante.

Saptamana Europeana a Tineretului

Cu ocazia acestei saptamani, in perioada 5-11 dec. TFF a desfasurat o serie de activitatii benefice si necesare, zicem noi, in vederea, si prin promovarea cetateniei active si a diversitatii.Astfel, pe 5 dec. - proiectul “Europa- EU ceR Oportunitati, Profesionalism si activitati, desfasurat de si in centrele EHN – la Novaci. Acest proiect a urmarit imbogatirea cunostintelor tinerilor referitoare la Uniunea Europeana, implicit cetatenie europeana,cetatenie activa si participare activa.8 dec. - “Dialog Interetnic: Integrare vs. Discriminare”, desfasurat la Centru de Tineret Tg-Jiu (incinta Sc.nr.13). Prin acest dialog s-a dorit imbunatatirea (pana la combaterea), unei stari de fapt nu prea imbucuratoare legata de relatiile iner etnice dintre tinerii romani si romi.10 dec. - Amfiteatrul Liceului Economic – Spectacol de Craciun- sustinut de grupuri de tineri din 6 localitati EHN; prin aceasta actiune dorindu-se o mai buna interrelationare si comunicare intre tinerii din localitatiile respective , precum si crearea unei atmosfere in spiritul Craciunului care tocmai se apropie.

In perioada 5-7 Decembrie o delegatie formata din 4 membri fondatori ai Asociatiei Tineri Fara Frontiere a participat la decernarea "Premiilor Europene de Tineret" organizata de catre Comisia Europeana, la Bruxelles. Cu aceasta ocazie Tinerilor Fara Frontiere le-a fost acordat premiul pentru cel mai bun proiect din Romania, in 2004, la sectiunea Informare pentru Tineret. ”CaravanaTineretului”- proiectul premiat- a fost aplicat pe Actiunea 5 din cadril Masurii 3- Informare si s-a desfasurat in Regiunea de Dezvoltare SV Oltenia in perioada 1mai- 25 oct 2004.

START – FOSTERING A POSITIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS DISABILITY

The Arka Foundation – (http://www.arkafoundation.org) is a voluntary, non-profit making and non-governmental organization that promotes the welfare of people with special needs and of their families, irrespective of their creed and nationality. Whilst providing them with a variety of services, including Respite Care through the Arka Respite Rehabilitation Centre, it aims at creating and fostering a positive attitude towards disability.

Aims of the CMS

To promote the setting up of an informal and sustainable network of active organizations working for persons with physical and mental disabilities and of their families.

In perioada 26-31 August 2005, in localitatea Tg-Jiu, judetul Gorj , a avut loc On arrival Training, actiune in cadrul proiectului coordonat de Tineri fara Frontiere – “Learning by Experiencing”. In cadrul acestui training , cei 6 voluntari din Romania, Franta si Olanda , care urmau sa isi desfasopare serviciul de voluntariat incepand cu data de 1 Septembrie anul curent , pentru o perioada de 9 luni, au beneficiat de toate informatiile necesare pregatirii anterioare plecarii voluntarilor in tarile gazda-Serbia si Macedonia. La aceasta intalnire au facut parte inclusiv mentorii celor 6 voluntari , din Serbia si Macedonia. Timp de 6 zile, tinerii au avut ocazia sa cunoasca toate detaliile proiectului din care acestia fac parte, locatiile in care urmau sa plece, organizatiile hosting, dat totodata au fost informati si cu privire la drepturile si responsabilitatile lor, si instiintati cu privire la Programul Tineret , mai exact Actiunile 1 , 2 si 3. Etapa urmatoare a proiectului, a constituit-o chiar inceperea serviciului de voluntariat pe data de 1 Septembrie.

In perioada 5-12 August 2005 , in localitatea Tg-Jiu, judetul Gorj, s-a desfasurat Schimbul International de Tineret “United in Diversity ”. Cu aceasta ocazie 45 de tineri din 7 tari : Romania, Danemarca, Spania, Macedonia, Serbia, Albania si Italia s-au reunit in Romania pentru o experienta de neuitat avand ocazia sa discute pe diverse teme ale exchange-ului precum problema minoritatilor si majoritatilor in tarile lor, reintegrarea emigrantilor, animatia ca metoda de lucru intr-un astfel de context.Proiectul a fost coordonat de tara gazda, Romania , prin intermediul Asociatiei Tineri fara Frontiere. Totodata tinerii au avut si ocazia sa viziteze imprejurimile Tg-Jiului, sa cunoasca orasul si locuitorii acestuia atat pe timp de zi cat si pe timp de noapte. Schimbul de Tineret s-a desfasurat prin intermediul Programului Tineret-Actiunea 1, cu Sprijinul Comisiei Europene prin intermediul Agentiei Nationale de Sprijinire a Initiativelor de Tineret .

In perioada 3-5 August 2005 in localitatea Lainici, judetul Gorj, a avut loc Intalnirea Coordonatoare a proiectului Learning by Experiencing. Acest proiect se va desfasura pe o perioada de 9 luni de zile fiind coordonat de organizatia Tineri Fara Frontiere. Proiectul consta in trimiterea a 6 tineri din Romania, Olanda si Franta intr-un serviciu de voluntariat –Actiunea 2 a Programului Tineret – pe o perioada de 9 luni de zile , in Serbia si Macedonia. Reuniunea celor 5 coordonatori ai tarilor sending Franta , Olanda si Romania si ai tarilor hosting Serbia si Macedonia , a avut ca scop stabilirea in detaliu a tuturor detaliilor tehnice referitoare la proiect, programul celor 6 voluntari, precum conditiile in care acestia vor fii asteptati. Este important de mentionat ca acest fel de proiect este unul pilot in Romania, fiind singura modalitate de a trimite voluntari in tarile partenere din Blacani, tari care nu beneficiaza in mod direct de Programul Tineret precum tarile din EU si partenere

In perioada 1-3 August 2005 in localitatea Lainici, Judetul Gorj s-a desfasurat Intalnirea pregatitoare a proiectului Networking for Tomorrow, proiect coordonat de organizatia Tineri Fara Frontiere. Networking for Tomorrow presupune crearea unei Platfome Europene, alaturi de alte organizatii partenere ale asociatiei TFF precum , PEL Macedonia, Educational Center Serbia si Montenegru, Beyond Barriers Albania, ESVA Danemarca, The Union "Century 21" Georgia, carora li se vor latura organizatii din Spania si Armenia. Aceasta Platforma Europeana isi propune intarirea relatiilor intre tarile partnere din regiunea Peninsulei Balcanice si tarile din Uniunea Europeana , dar si sa promoveze Programul Tineret, calitatea proiectelor , sa sprijine initiativele tinerilor si integrarea tinerilor cu mai putine posibilitati, in societate. La aceasta intalnire ne-am bucurat si de prezenta unui reprezentant al ANSIT, domnul Lucian Vascotel –Seful Directiei de Relatii Internationale din cadrul ANSIT.

This is a project,in which the problems that occur from economical inequalities will be expressed,and we aim a drama as an output of this action.We have chosen a city centre and a town to see the different problems occur because of the differency in economical conditions of those places.

We think drama (theatre) is a free way to display the things that people live so,we want to help the youngs from different countries and different cultures to express such a social event(different problems in different life conditions) by drama.

The title ‘destination unknown’ refers to the desperate search refugeesattemptto find a better living in acceptance. The participating countries will share their respective national situations on the subject with the other participants, (they will role play and act the character of the refugee, the european citizen and the european member of parliament) and try to seek a common anti-racist and anti-xenophobic solution for a final publication to be produced in the 7 different languages of the participating countries and will be presented, on completion, to the national agencies of these countries involved.

The purpose of this exchange is to allow groups of persons coming from different background, to meet in the context of a non profit cultural event in order to raise their awareness toward the issues confronting our society nowadays such us: minorities and majorities issue, the conflict issues related to the migrant population and refugees.

The youngsters will try to find solutions to these problems by means of intercultural games , discussions on relevant themes such as: migration, refugees, minority vs. majority, discrimination, intolerance, racism and prejudice, animation activities that will help them overcome difference and encourage dialogue, and help to break down prejudice, stereotypes, cultural difference, ignorance, intolerance and discrimination, lecturing, workshops, team building, interactive games.

Objectives

·         To get knowledge about the European dimension and Youth programme

Beneficiaries
We plan to host 25 participants and we would like to invite participants who:

·         Are current or possible youth workers/youth leaders working directly with young people in rural areas

·         Have experience of the situation, needs and frames actual for youngsters in rural regions

·         Have willingness to explore and implement a European dimension in the local and regional level

·         Have an interest of develop new youth project within the framework of the YOUTH programme on local, regional, national and/or international level

·         Have an interest to explore new methods to implement and use in the youth work

·         Are able to attend the full duration of the course

·         Are capable to work and use in English language

Working methods

The programme will focus on interactive ways to provide participant will skills, tools and self confidence to implement and develop projects and initiatives in their own work. By combining creative and interactive methods with sessions about Youth programme, project management, group dynamic, European citizenship etc will we raise awareness and a qualitative toolbox for future work.
The trainers will use a variety of simulation exercises, role plays, workshops and group work during the training. The approach will be participant centred having a the basis LSD (Learning Space Dynamic) giving the most appropriate environment for participants to work on projects and to sing up for particular sessions provided by trainers as well in the format of lectures, interactive group discussions and consultation.

Asociatia Tineri Fara Frontiere iti ofera sansa sa petreci 9 luni de zile in Serbia (Leskovak) sau Macedonia (Skopje) in cadrul Serviciului European de Voluntariat.

In acest sens lansam sesiunea de selectie a doi tineri/ tinere pentru a lua parte in aceasta minunata experienta de dezvoltare personala si profesionala.
Tanarul/tanara, cu varsta cuprinsa obligatoriu intre 18-25 de ani, va avea ocazia sa intre in contact cu o cultura diferita, sa se implice in activitatile organizatii gazde si implicit in activitati de tineret!

Serviciul de voluntariat va incepe in August 2005 pentru o perioada de 9 luni atat in Leskovak /Serbia cat si in Skopje Macedonia, timp in care tanatului/tinerei i se va asigura masa, cazarae si transportul gratuit precum si de bani de buzunar in fiecare luna.

De asemenea tanarul va avea in fiecare saptamana 2 zile libere precum si vacantele oficiale in tara gazda si 18 zile de vacanta pe perioada celor 9 luni.
Cei doi tineri vor lucra impreuna cu alti doi voluntari din Franta si Olanda, care vor participa in acelasi proiect.

Project Title : “Game is little person job”

Short Description
The following is planned during the youth exchange “Game is little person job”:

Symposiums “Game is little person job”. Symposium is an exchange of experiences of connoisseur using different methods like brain storming, discussions etc. Symposium will be illustrated with varity of videos, presentations etc. which will be prepared by all the groups as their homework. All parties will take part in preparing and conducting symposiums. The moderative and responsibility will be divided between all the organisations. For more information and timing look the “Program of action tabel”.

Workshop of ideas – we seek answers to the problems using methods “Brain writing 6-3-5” and “Open space” (Two members form our organization have many experiences of using those methods). We will generate and analyze the ideas. It’s possible that we will find new ideas that can be put in use and develop new project from them.

Workshop of creativity – creating a fantasy world, building a gigantic game board for “Trip around the world” etc. Project to build up the fantasy world has already been started. Slovenians will shape Africa and Antarctica, Spanish will create America and Australia. Romanians will sculpture Europe and Estonians will do Asia. We will build it up all together in the workshops using cardboard, paint, clue etc – the main aim is on fantasy and creativity and as a result of that benefit will go to the children of Kohila.

Active and playful opportunities to spend free time. Every day we will play different games – together and with children and youth from local community. All the groups can taught games to children from Kohila district who will participate in the project “ V Game is a little person job 2005. Trip around the world”. For all the participators of the youth exchange will take part from a two-day-long landscape game “Find the lost treasure!”, where the collaboration of youth form different parts of the Europe will be put on test. Within the two days different obstacles and fear must be overcame. One of the so called homework is to prepare national night and take supplies for national dinner with the group.

During the camp several activities will be organized by staff or by participants.

Short Description
The purpose of this exchange is to allow groups of persons coming from different background, to meet in the context of a non profit cultural event in order to raise their awareness toward the issues confronting our society nowadays such us: minorities and majorities issue, the conflict issues related to the migrant population and refugees.The youngsters will try to find solutions to these problems by means of intercultural games , discussions on relevant themes such as: migration, refugees, minority vs. majority, discrimination, intolerance, racism and prejudice, animation activities that will help them overcome difference and encourage dialogue, and help to break down prejudice, stereotypes, cultural difference, ignorance, intolerance and discrimination, lecturing, workshops, team building, interactive games .

Astazi 13 mai 2005, Florin PASATOIU impreuna cu Frederik Jorgensen, presedintele ARODANGO, au participat la Seminarul de informare cu privire la politica de cooperare penrtu dezvolatare, organizata de FDSC si TRIALOG si care a avut loc la Business Center, Bucuresti.

In perioada 7- 10 aprilie 2005, Florin PASATOIU, presedintele Asociatiei Tineri fara Frontiere a participat la Conferinta europeana "Please do disturb" in Hannover, Germania.

Tema conferintei a fost participarea tinerilor in procesul de luare a decizilor si in viata comunitatii din care fac parte.

Short Description 
The project is based on the idea that each country in Europe should make the most of its own environment and artistic heritage at a local level, in order to allow the other people from different countries to benefit from it. We intend to look at, to analyse and to study some interesting sites and, at the end of the exange, our propuse is to create some boards describing them for the whole community. The boards will be written in English and Italian.

The objectives of the project are to:
•  inform and form the participants to the respect of the environment, considering that its alterations bring to different phenomenon of pollution that create damages to the things and the people.
•  guard and to exploit the landscape aspects of the territory.
•  understand the impact of the human actions on the territory and on the monuments, proposing sustainable alternatives of it.
•  sensitize the participants to the moral obligation to transmit to the posteris of the valid monumental testimonies without alterations or tampering.
•  analyze critically the conditions of maintenance of our cultural good and to verify the state of health of our environment.

Activity Programme and Methods
To develop the select theme for the exchange and to realize at the end the supports multimediali and the descriptive charts, will use there three laboratories whose jobs will concretely start the third day with the division in mixed groups. Every laboratory will have to understand at least two participants for every country and the division you/he/she will be done in base to the attitudes of the single participants but also keeping in mind of the fundamental rule according to which must be inserts representatives of all the countries participants in every laboratory. The three laboratories, will be therefore the followings,:
1. laboratory of search: Census, search and study on the cultural and environmental good;
2. laboratory of relief: Photo and graphic material on the cultural and environmental good and realization of a video and a cd;
3. practical laboratory: graphic elaboration and journalism

Short Description
In this project, young people from different countries and have some experiences about voluntary youth work, can discus and reach some answers about important questions, you can find below, for stronger youth NGOs and more voluntary effective youth work in Europe.

In perioada 27-31 Ianuarie 2005, in cadrul proiectului Regional Info Center in SEE , o delegatie formata din parteneri din Franta, Danemarca si Romania s- a deplasat in Serbia, gazduiti de Educational Centre Leskovac, pentru evaluarea intermediara a proiectului si planificarea urmatoarei faze,  Caravana tineretului in SEE .

In perioada 8-14 februarie 2005, un grup de 11 animatori comunitari din 10 localitati gorjene se va deplasa in localitatea Bordeaux, Franta, in cadrul unui schimb de experienta. Deplasarea reprezinta partea a doua a proiectului Euro House Networking coordonat de Asociatia Tineri fara Frontiere in partneriat cu UFCV Bordeaux.

Asociatia Tineri fara Frontiere organizeaza selectie participanti (1 baiat si 1 fata) pentru o sesiune de instruie BAFA in localitaea Bordeaux, Franta, in luna Aprilie- Mai 2005. Toate costurile de transport(avion), cazare, masa si material pedagogic sunt suportate de organizatori. In perioada 15-18 ianuarie 2005 Aurelien Davy, voluntar european, va reprezenta Asociatia “Tineri Fara Frontiere” la contact making seminar-ul “Dans Of Musics” organizat de Yomra Youth Council in localitatea Trabzon, Turcia.

In perioada 5-10 ianuarie anul curent,dra Alina TURBACEANU,va reprezenta asociatia “Tineri Fara Frontiere”, la un Contact Making Seminar, in Lublin, Polonia, unde se vor reuni reprezentanti ai altor organizatii non-guvernamentale din: Malta, Italia, Turcia, Portugalia, Spania, Bulgaria etc.

Ca obiective am putea mentiona: creearea de noi contacte pentru viitoare posibile parteneriate, identificarea unor noi surse de finantare etc.

In perioada 15-19 nov. 2004, s-a desfasurat in localitatea Tismana un seminar de introducere in animatie organizat de Asociatia “Tineri Fara Frontiere” in colaborare cu partenerul din Franta UFCV (Union Francaise de Centre de Vacances) Bordeaux. La acest seminar au participat tineri din Gorj si din Galati, la sfarsitul saptamanii fiind selectionati 5 participanti care in luna decembrie 2004 vor participa la un «stragiu de observatie » ce se va desfasura in centrele specializate din Franta. Acestia sunt: Adina Albulescu (Tg-Jiu), Anca Alexandru (Galati), Catalina Ghimpau (Tg-Jiu), Catalina Marin (Galati), Dragos Talvescu (Tg-Jiu).

In perioada 6-9 noiembrie 2004 se va desfasura in Tg-Jiu vizita de fezabilitate pentru Action Training-ul pe care TFF il va desfasura in anul 2005 in colaborare cu ENOA (European Network of Animation). La acesta vizita vor participa reprezentanti ENOA din Belgia, Franta si Portugalia, precum si membrii TFF. Programul va include scrierea proiectului, cunoasterea realitatii locale, precum si intalniri cu reprezentantii Primariei, Prefecturii si a principalelor licee din oras.

In peroada 11-14 Noiembrie 2004 se va desfasura in orasul Tg-Jiu.
Faza a II-a a proiectului “Policies for reintegration of repatriate emigrants”, proiect sprijinit de SOROS Foundation si organizat de Tineri fara Frontiere in colaborare cu organizatia partenera“Youth in Free initiative”, Albania.
Proiectul va consta in work-shopuri, seminarii si discutii pe tema reintegrarii emigranilor avand invitati de la Fortele de Munca, Prefectura Tg-Jiu, precum si de la   Universiattea “Constantin Brancusi” din Tg-Jiu.

In perioada 21 – 23 octombrie 2004 , Presedintele TFF impreuna cu Directorul Departamentului Relatii Internationale, s-au deplasat in Parma, Italia, unde a avut loc intalnirea pregatitoare din cadrul proiectului ACTION – Active citizenship of Youth in European Nations ”, dezvoltat de Primaria din Parma / Departamentul pentru servicii sociale.

Intalnirea a reunit toti partenerii implicati in proiect si a avut drept obiectiv discutarea detaliilor tehinice legate de proiect precum si urmatorii pasi pe care organizatiile partere trebuie sa-i urmeze.
Rolul TFF in acest proiect va fi sa implementeze la nivel local proiectul – Leva Giovanile – Dezvoltat de Primaria din Parma timp de 4 ani - ce consta in cresterea gradului de participare voluntara a tinerilor in societatea civila si in activitati dezvoltate de diverse organizatii si institutii sociale.

Tema: constientizarea de catre tineri a problemelor cu care sa confrunta societatea de azi: discriminare sociala, rasism si consumul de narcotice.

Action 2 – Youth Programme - 3rd Countries EVS Partnership
The Association “Youngsters without Borders”- Romania, is planning for a 3rd countries EVS schema, within the framework of Youth Programme, starting with May 2005 to December 2007. Thus, we are looking for partners that would be interested in hosting and sending volunteers from European countries but also from the 3rd countries area. For the 1st year, NGOs from programme countries will be able only to send volunteers. From the second year onwards, they can also host volunteers from 3 rd countries area.

Here come the criteria on which the selection will be dealt with:  

1.The applicant NGO (hosting or sending organisation) should have previous experience in working with volunteers form abroad or at least to have internal development frameworks that are to support such an EVS programme -trained personnel, infrastructure (office, internet connection, fax, printers, scanners, providing accommodation and food for the volunteers, etc.).

2. The target NGOs (hosting volunteers for the 1 st year) must come from the following countries: Croatia , Bosnia and Herzegovina , Serbia and Montenegro (including UNMIK AP Kosovo), FYR Macedonia, Albania.

3. Partners NGOs (sending organisations(only for the 1st year)) will be selected also from: 25 EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom), 3 EFTA/EEA members (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), 3 pre-accession countries (Bulgaria, Romania,
Turkey).

4. There will be around 8 NGOs selected (4 from the 3rd countries and 4 from the programme countries)

5. The period for the EVS schema will be around 9 months, but slight adjustments are to be made on a case by case stance.

6. The selected NGOs can not welcome more than 2 volunteers at the same time (they will be from different countries and different NGOs).

7. Common pre-departure , mid-term and also final evaluation meetings will be organized by Youngsters without Borders in cooperation with the National Agency for Supporting Youth Initiatives- ANSIT and University of Craiova for all volunteers.

8. There will be one coordination meeting, networking of individual host and sending sites (meetings, training, materials) organised in Romania before the EVS schema commence.

9. Youngsters without Borders will be the coordinating organisation and facilitate the contact with volunteer(s) and the sending and hosting organization(s) during the voluntary service period.
The coordinating organisation will manage all the funds that will cover all the costs incurred by the
EVS programme (only for NGOs from 3rd countries area). Those NGOs from programme countries will have to apply to their own Agencies to receive funds. (More technical details will be dealt with later on, after signing the cooperation contract).

The projects will not start earlier than 1st of May 2005.

The Association Youngsters without Borders- Romania , is planning to submit an application for a multilateral exchange programme for 3rd countries, within the framework of Youth programme, Action 1, on the 1st November Deadline.

Theme:  Intercultural learning and animation as a method to appease conflicts in between minorities and majorities.

cultural and simulation games, animation, etc.

Incepand cu data de 2 octombrie anul 2004, se redeschid sesiunile de instruire din cadrul Centrului EURO HOUSE. Programul cuprinde sesiuni de
- limba engleza
- limba franceza
- limba spaniola
- operare calculator.

Toate aceste sesiuni for fi coordonate de traineri si voluntari din cadrul TFF si din Franta, Spania si Marea Britanie.
Participand la sesiunile desfasurate in cadrul Centrului veti avea posibilitatea de a patrunde in tainele unei limbi straine, de a cunoaste o cultura si civilizatie noua cat si de a va dezvolta abilitatile in comunicare.

Sesiunile se adreseaza tinerilor cu varsta cuprinsa intre 10-25 ani.

Nota:
Pentru inscrieri adresati-va dnei secretare a Scolii Generale Musetesti in fiecare zi a saptamanii,iar sambata si duminica la Centrul Euro House pana in data de 2.10.2004.

Astazi 01.09.2004, presedintele TFF impreuna cu directorul Departamentului de Programe Internationale, au avut o intalnire de lucru cu directorul Liceului Popular Baaring, Danemarka, in urma careia s-au discutat oportunitati pentru demararea programului de voluntariat adresat tinerilor cu nevoi speciale in anul 2005, in cadrul caruia TFF va fi atat organizatie sending cat si hosting.

In perioada 16-19 Septembrie 2004, Felicia Vlad va participa la un Study Session "Social and political reasons for women, children and youth violence", Bulgaria, Plovdiv, organizat de NF API- National Forum Alternative Practice Initiatives. Proiectul este finantat de World Bank

In perioada 13-20 august 2004, in localitatea Lainici, Gorj s-a derulat proiectul multilateral "Racial Tolerance trough Sport",  organizat de care asociatia "Tineri fara Frontiere" in colaborare cu parteneri din Franta, Lituania, Danemarca si Bulgaria. Proiectul a reunit 36 de tineri din cele 5 tari mai sus mentionate, care au discutat despre probleme precum: rasism si xenofobie, incercand sa gaseasca solutii la aceste probleme. Programul a mai continut si intalniri ale tinerilor cu reprezentanti ai Administratiei Publice Locale, precum si o seara interculturala, in care participantii au avut ocazia de a-si prezenta traditiile si obiceiurile.

Intarirea Capacitatii Organizatiilor Nonguvernamentale de Tineret din Romania
In perioada 23 – 25 iulie 2004, noua membrii din echipa Consiliului Director al Asociatiei Tineri fara Frontiere a fost prezenti la Busteni pentru a lua parte la cea de-a treia etapa a procesului de consultanta derulat de catre Fundatia Parteneri pentru Dezvoltare Locala – FPDL.

Intalnirea s-a derulta pe parcursul a trei zile si a avut drept participanti trei dintre cele 13 ONG-uri de tineret participante la acest program.
Scopul acestei intalniri a fost acela de instruire a asociatiei pe tema Planificarii Strategice si stabilirea de catre echipa de implementare a unor obiective pe termen scurt si planul de actiuni pentru indeplinirea acestora.

Selecţie
Selecţia participanţilor se va face pe baza aplicaţiilor on-line, completate corect şi complet. Echipa de selecţie va fi echipa organizatoare a acestui proiect, alături de preşedintele asociaţiei şi directorul de resurse umane.

Termenul limită pentru depunerea aplicaţiilor este 31 Iulie 2004. Cei selectaţi vor fi anunţaţi în data de 4 August 2004.

Learning partnership
Asociatia Tineri fara Frontiere a fost selectata sa participe la programul Learning Partnership – derulat de catre CENTRAS.
Programul isi propune dezvoltarea capacitatilor ONG-urilor in incheierea unor parteneriate reale cu Administratia publica Locala, modul de atragere si cointeresare a APL-ului fata de programele derulate

Policies for the re-integration of repatriate emigrants

In perioada septembrie – noiembrie 2004, Asociatia Tineri fara Frontiere, in parteneriat cu Asociatia Youth in Free Initiative – Albania vor derula proiectul intitulat Policies for the re-integration of repatriate emigrants.

Proiectul consta in derularea mai multor activitati precum : ateliere de lucru, mese rotunde si vizite, atat in Romania cat si in Albania, activitati ce au drept scop abordarea si discutarea problemelor emigrantilor.

Mai mult se doreste stabilirea unei relatii puternice de cooperare intre cele doua organizatii si derularea pe viitor a altor proiecte si programme adresate tinerilor.

Express yourself – Proiect de gazduire voluntary

In perioada octombrie 2004 – aprilie 2005, Asociatia Tineri Fara Frontiere va gazdui un voluntar din Marea Britanie – Hannah Pugh . Aceasta alaturi de ceilalti voluntari prezenti vor derula mai multe proiecte si activitati adresate comunitatii locale.

Incepand cu data de 25 iulie pana in 15 noiembrie 2004, Asociatia Tineri fara Frontiere, va derula proiectul “Retea de animatori de tineret in mediul rural si zonele miniere”.

Loc de desfasurare. Jud Gorj.
Descriere: Formarea unei retele de animatori de tineret care sa duca la dezvoltarea gradului de participare a tinerilor in societatea civila.
Finantator. Autoritatea Nationala pentru Tineret.

Dezvoltarea Organizatiilor Comunitare si Stimularea participarii civice
Asociatia Tineri fara Frontiere a fost acceptata sa participe in cadrul programului Dezvoltarea Organizatiilor Comunitare si Stimularea participarii civice, derulat de Asociatia Romana pentru Dezvoltare Comunitara (ARDC).
Programul are drept scop intaririea societatii civile din zona sud-vest a Romaniei prin dezvoltarea a sase organizatii comunitare.

Obiectivele acestui program sunt:
- sprijinirea formarii si dezvoltarii a 6 organizatii comunitare din sase comunitati rurale din judetele Gorj, Dolj si Mehedinti
- formarea abilitatiilor de lider pentru 18 reprezentanti ai organizatiilor comunitare formate
- sprijinirea formarii unei retele regionale de practicieni in dezvoltare comunitara
O prima activitate derulata in cadrul acestui proiect este Cursul de Facilitare Comunitara ce se va derula in perioada 28 – 31 iulie 2004 , si unde asociatia va fi reprezentata de Marian Ancuta – Directorul Departamentului de Programe Nationale.

In perioada august 2004 - august 2005, Asociatia Tineri fara Frontiere va derula doua proiecte in cadrul Programului European de Voluntariat:

a). Express Yourself – proiect EVS de gazduire a unui voluntar din Franta (Aurelien Davy) incepand cu luna august, pe o perioada de 9 luni.
Organizatii partenere: Tineri fara Frontiere si Jeunes a Travers le Monde.
b). Express Yourself – proiect EVS de gazduire a unui voluntar din Germania (Susanne Shnepel) incepand cu 15 august pe o perioada de 9 luni.
Organizatii partenere: Tineri Fara Frontiere si Centre for European Exchange ZEUS.

In perioada 16.08.2004 – 15.06.2005, Asociatia TFF va derula proiectul “Euro House Network – Animatori de Tineret pentru Mediul Rural”
Locatie: 12 Localitati din Gorj: Bustuchin, Novaci, Motru, Balanesti, Balteni, Targu Carbunesti, Bumbesti Jiu, Tismana, Turceni,Turcinesti, Ticleni si Rovinari.
Scop: Selectarea si instruirea a zece tineri din cele 12 localitati pentru formarea unei retele de animatori de tineret in mediul rural.

Proiectul se realizeaza cu sprijinul partenerilor din Franta si Danemarca, specializati in activitati de animatie.

Finantator : Comisia Europeana prin intermediul Programului Tineret gestionat de ANSIT Romania.

In perioada 11 – 13 Iunie 2004 a avut loc prima intalnire pregatitoare din cadrul proiectului Regional Youth Info Centre in South East Europe.

Intalnirea a reunit reprezentantii tarilor partenere in proiect si a avut drept scop punerea la punct a planului de activitati precum si impartirea responsabilitatilor fiecarui partener implicat in proiect.

Conferinta Europa 2007 - Prezent si Viitor Bucuresti, 8 - 9 Iulie 2004.

In perioada 8 - 9 Iulie 2004, Cristina PASATOIU, Felicia VLAD si Luisa Borhina au fost invitate sa participe la Conferinta Europa 2007 - Prezent si Viitor organizata de catre Fundatia pentru Dezvolatarea Societatii Civile FDSC. Conferinta este cea de-a treia faza a unui proiect mai amplu -Promotor European - promovat de catre FDSC la care Asociatia Tineri fara Frontiere a fost selectata sa participe.

Tema principala a acestei conferinte a fost aceea de a dezbate situatia actuala a Romaniei si provocarile aderarii acesteia la UE , precum si rolul pe care il joaca societatea civila in acest proces.

In perioada 01.10.2004 – 01.08.2006, Asociatia Tineri fara Frontiere este partener in cadrul proiectului „ACTION – Active citizenship of Youth in European Nations”, dezvoltat de Primaria din Parma / Departamentul pentru servicii sociale.

Proiectul contine mai multe faze si se va derula in mai multe locatii: Parma(IT), Catabia (IT), Yambol(BU), Krakow(P), Musetesti (Ro), Cluj(RO), Madrid (SP), Talin (EE).

In perioada 6 mai 2004 – 1 aprilie 2005, Asociatia Tineri fara Frontiere va derula un proiect international intitulat Regional Youth Info Centre in South East Europe. Proiectul este finantat de Comisia Europeana prin Programul Tineret.
Scop: Diseminarea informatiilor despre Uniunea Europeana si cresterea cooperarii intre Organizatiile de tineret din Sud Vestul Europei.

In perioada 18-27 aprilie, Cristina SMARANDACHE si Florin PASATOIU se afla intr-o vizita de lucru in Danemarca, in cadrul a doua organizatii partenere: Liceul Sportiv din Aalborg si Liceul Baaring din Funen.

Pe agenda de lucru se afla proiecte precum gazduirea si trimiteara de voluntari, organizarea unor schimburi de tineret pentru anul in curs dar si in 2005.
Asociatia Tineri fara Frontiere va beneficia de asistenta in proiectare curiculara pe activitati specifice tinerilor cu dizabilitati psihice si fizice precum si pentru activitati sportive.

Tot in localitatea Aalborg, cei doi au participat la o intalnire informala cu coordonatorul Sectiei de masterat- European Studies, din cadrul Universitatii Aalborg, pentru a discuta posibilitatea de a infiinta in cadrul Universitatii Constantin Brancusi din Targu Jiu o astfel de sectie cu spirjin de know- how si logistic din partea daneza pe baza unui parteneriat ce urmeaza a fi analizat.

In perioada 31 mai – 7 iunie 2004 Asociatia Tineri fara Frontiere va derula proiectul international de schimb de tineret “Sport si Toleranta”.

Proiectul se va desfasura in localitatea Asperup, Danemarca la liceul Popular Baaring.

In periada 20-25 aprilie Felicia Vlad va reprezenta organizatia Tineri fara Frontiere la un Contact Making Seminar In Italia, Altamura. Seminarul este organizat de organizatia Link Youth din Italia iar tema acestuia este "Minorities=Europeans".

Alaturi de organizatia noastra vor mai participa si alte organizatii din Italia, Franta, Portugalia, Spania, Ungaria, Bulgaria, Danemarca, Suedia.

Intre 2-6 aprilie Felicia Vlad va participa la un training organizat de Fundatia Balkan Youth. In acest training se incearca o informare a participantilor facand parte din organismele de conducere ale organizatiilor din care provin cu privire la posibilitatile de colaborare cu institutiile publice sau private in vederea obtinerii de sprijin politic si financiar.Intebari precum:

• Cum sa adaptez nevoile organizatiei intereselor instiitutiilor publice si private?
• Ce fel de ajutor pot aceste instiitutii sa ofere organizatiei mele?
• Cum pot sa aflu daca o institutie private doreste sa finanteze organizatiile non-guvernamentale?
• Cum se pot asocia instiitutiile private si cele publice in vederea sprijinului ONG-urilor?
• Cum se pot mentine relatiile de-a lungul timpului?

Aceasta sesiune va raspunde la aceste intrebari si mai mult.Trainingul va fii coordonat de experti ai Bulgarian Charities Aid and Organizational Development Foundation of Bulgaria.

Tari participante: Albania, Bosnia si Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania si Serbia & Montenegro.

Incepand cu 1 martie 2004, Asociatia "Tineri Fara Frontiere" gazduieste un voluntar francez, Sebastian Lourenco, sosit din partea Uniunii Franceze a Centrelor de Vacanta. Acesta este formator si animator in domeniul tineretului si va desfasura diverse activitati de voluntariat pe perioada sederii lui in Romania.

O sarbatoare cu totul si totul aparte, a avut loc in data de 7 martie in comuna Musetesti.In organizarea primariei Musetesti, a caminului Cultural si a Centrului de informare si Consiliere "EuroHouse", s-a desfasurat o autentica Parada a Costumului Popular Romanesc.A fost premiat cel mai frumos costum traditional, s-a jucat sarba si hora de mana, s-a cantat. Organizatorii au promis ca astfel de actiuni se vor repeta cat de curand la Musetesti!

In martie 2004, Asociatia "Tineri Fara Frontiere" a participat la organizarea - in premiera in orasul nostru - proiectului "Violenta Domestica". La aceasta actiune, au mai participat Peace Corps, Liga Studentilor din Universitatea "Constantin Brancusi" si Prefectura judetului Gorj (Biroul Integrare Europeana).Acest proiect va avea ca si continuare o campanie de informare si seminarii in luna noiembrie a acestui an. Proiectul a fost mediatizat si a avut efectul scontat.

Asociatia Tineri Fara Frontiere a fost acceptata sa participe in cadrul programului de Îmbunatatire a cunostintelor practice ale organizatiilor neguvernamentale despre Uniunea Europeana, derulat de FDSC si finantat de Uniunea Europeana prin Fondul Europa.

Activitatile din cadrul acestui proiect se vor derula in trei etape dupa cum urmeaza:

Etapa I: Sesiune de training sustinuta de instructorii European Citizen Action Service Brussels - ECAS (Bucuresti, 5–7 martie 2004). Principalele subiecte care vor fi abordate: Structurile si extinderea Uniunii Europene, programe de finantare, platforme si retele europene, cetatenia europeana, importanta activitatilor de lobby.

Etapa II: Modul de training, Scrierea propunerilor de finantare (Bucuresti, martie 2004)

Etapa III: Modul de training: Participare Cetateneasca (Bucuresti, martie 2004)
Asociatia TFF va fi reprezentata de cate un membru in fiecare din aceste trei etape.

Asociatia Tineri fara Frontiere a fost selectata sa participe in programul de instruire pentru Consiliul Director si managerii ONG, derulat de CENTRAS cu finantare de la Uniunea Eueopeana prin programul PHARE.

Asociatia Tineri fara Frontiere a fost selectata sa participe la progarmul de training si de consultanta Intarirea Capacitatii Organizatilor Neguvernamentale de Tineret din Romania, program implementatde FPDL, desfasurat in perioada 30 ianuarie- 15 octombrie.

In perioada 8-12 ianuarie 2004 in cadrul Asociatiei “Tineri fara Frontiere” a avut loc vizita pregatitoare a unui voluntar din Franta, Sebastian Lourenco, animator si formator in domeniul tineretului apartinand de Uniunea Franceza a Centrelor de Vacanta, care impreuna cu coordonatorul departamentului international Jean-Michel Banos, s-au intalnit cu membrii Asociatiei “Tineri fara Frontiere” in cadrul careia se vor desfasura incepand de la 01.03.2004 si pana la 30.11.2004 diverse activitati, proiectul fiind sustinut financiar de Uniunea Europeana prin ANSIT in cadrul programului “TINERET”

In perioada 11-13 decembrie 2003 doi membrii ai organizatiei TFF , Danaricu Emilia Liliana si Nedelcu Cristina, au participat in localitatea Govora la o intalnire cu reprezentantii Departamentului "Tineret" al Inspectoratului Scolar. La intalnire au participat reprezentantii principalelor ONG de tineret din judetul Gorj. Intalnirea a avut ca scop informarea acestora asupra fondurilor oferite de Departamentului "Tineret" al Inspectoratului Scolar precum si asupra licitatiilor de proiecte.

In perioda 29 noiembrie-7 decembrie 2003 o echipa formata din 7 tineri si anume: Adelin Ungureanu, Purece Valentin, Grigore Cilibiu, Luisa Borhina, Liliana Danaricu si Caralicea Marculescu Romulus (liderul grupului) va participa alaturi de alti tineri din Bulgaria, Spania si Italia la proiectul Christmas Hollidays in Europe care se va desfasura in localitatea bulgara Pavlikeni.

In perioada 4-5 Decembrie 2003, Presedintele TFF, Domnul Florin Pasatoiu, a participat la Forumul international "4 C’s on Connecting citizens to the EU, beyond just rhetoric", desfasurat la Casa Scotiei, Brussels, Belgia. Proiectul a fost dezvoltat de catre EurActiv.com in colaborare cu ECAS avand sprijinul Comisiei Europene.

In data de 5 decembrie 2003 , TFF in colaborare cu Provobis va organiza o campanie de informare in liceele din Targu Jiu.

Campania va avea drept scop prezentarea proiectului European de Voluntariat din cadrul programului Youth cat si a conceptului de voluntar, avantajele si dezavantajele unui voluntar etc.

Centru Provobis ne va sistine in aceasta campanie cu materiale promotionale: pliante, fliere si baloane pe care sa le impartim.

Cei doritori sa se implice in acest proiect sunt rugati sa vina vineri, 28 noiembrie, ora 16.00 in fata Facultatii de Inginerie pentru a discuta programul si a repartiza sarcinile.

In perioada 27-29 noiembrie 2003, Presedintele TFF, Domnul Florin Pasatoiu, a participat la Forumul international "Global Progressive FORUM", desfasurat la Parlamentul European, Brussels, Belgia. Proiectul a fost dezvoltat de catre Partidul Socialistilor Europeni, Grupul Parlamentar al Partidului Socialistilor Europeni si Internationala Socialista.

In perioda 14-16 noiembrie 2003 Domnul Romulus Caralicea a participat in calitate de lider al grupului roman in orasul sofia la intalnirea pregatitoare a proiectului Christmas Hollidays in Europe care va avea loc in intervalul 29 noiembrie 7 decmbrie 2003. La aceasta intalnire au mai participat liderul grupului italian Pier Gavino Sedda, Boriana Grigorova liderul grupului bulgar si Jose Manuel Neira Picallo liderul grupului spaniol.

In perioada 21-26 septembrie 2003, Presedintele TFF, Domnul Florin Pasatoiu, va participa la Seminarul international VIÑOROPA ‘The YOUTH programme as a Method of Social Inclusion in European Wine-producing Regions’ desfasurat in Spania, localitatea Ribadavia.

In perioada 17-28 septembrie 2003, Danaricu Liliana si Luiza Borhina se vor deplasa in localitatea Olsztynek, Polonia in vederea participarii la proiectul international de instruire Encourage Youth Initiatives. Temele abordate vor fi animatia si tehnicile de lider de tineret. Proiectul este organizat de catre European Youth Club Olsztynek, Poland si ENOA Portugal si Anglia.

In perioada 5-12 octombrie 2003, Directorul Departamentului de Relatii Internationale, Domnisoara Cristina SMARANDACHE, va participa la Sesiunea “The European Summit on Work related to International Issues – Globalisation, International Exchanges, partnership and fair-Trade”, organizata de MIJARC Europa si Centrul European de Tineret din Strasbourg. Proiectul va avea loc in Strasbourg, Franta.

Obiectivul central al acestei sesiuni este dezvoltarea unor idei concrete despre modul in care tinerii din mediul rural pot dezvolta proiecte locale, regionale si Europene, care sa incurajeze sistemul educational din mediul rural in pregatirea tinerilor pentru un mai bun dialog Nord-Sud, Est-Vest, incluzand consecintele globalizarii mondiale.

Info Days 22- 28 septembrie 2003 ‘pe noi nu ne intereseaza cat de mult stiti, ci cat de mult va pasa!’

Proiectul vizeaza informarea tinerilor cu privire la sectorul ONG de tineret si oportunitatiile oferite de diverse programe europene care pun accent pe implicarea tinerilor in actiuni civice si antreprenoriale.

Participarea la acest proeict le va da posibilitatea tinerilor prezenti sa- si demonstreze dorinta de a face ceva pentru comunitatea din care fac parte, moment in care se va realiza si selectai noilor mebrii TFF.

Programul se va desfasura dupa urmatoarele coordonate

In perioada 16-21 septembrie 2003, Asociatia TFF va fi reprezentata de dl. vicepresedinte Romulus Caralicea Marculescu, la Balkan Youth Forum 2003 - in localitatea Igalo, Muntenegru. Evenimentul este organizat de Balkan Children and Youth Foundation (BCYF).

La intalnire vor participa 150 de organizatii de tineret din regiunea Balcani cu urmatoarea acoperire geografica: Albania, Bosnia-Hertegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Muntenegru, Romania si Serbia.
Scopul intalnirii este acela de a dezvolta relatii de cooperare la nivelul politicii de tineret din regiune.

In perioada 20-31.07.2003 Asociatia Animatorilor si Monitorilor pentru Copii si Tineret TINERI FARA FRONTIERE a fost invitata la un schimb cultural "Invent, accomplish… change" in Lithuania. La acest proiect vor participa alte 5 organizatii din Spania, Italia, Ungaria, Lituania si Polonia. Delegatia TFF va fi compusa din 7 tineri din comuna Mustetesti si Tg-Jiu.

In perioda 5-7 septembrie 2003, Asociatia Animatorilor si Monitorilor pentru Copii si Tineret TINERI FARA FRONTIERE va primi vizita unei delegatii din partea organizatiei internationale MIJARC Europe. Se doreste identificarea punctelor comune care sa stea la baza unui plan de colaborare pe o perioda de 4-5 ani.

MIJARC este un NGO care aboredaza problemele tineretului din mediul ruralprecum si de ecologie.

In perioada de 25-26 iunie 2003 Asociatia Animatorilor si Monitorilor pentru Copii si Tineret TINERI FARA FRONTIERE va participa alaturi de Asociatia romano-daneza GOMOSO la intalnirea cu reprezentantii ESVA Denmark in cadrul Centrului EURO HOUSE, com. Musetesti, jud. Gorj.

Scopul intalnirii de lucru consta in analiza capacitaii si stabilirea prioritatilor pentru desfasurarea de programe educative in cadrul Centrului de Informare si Consiliere EURO HOUSE precum si perspective ale Scolii Populare din comuna Musetesti.

Asociatia Animatorilor si Monitorilor pentru Copii si Tineret TINERI FARA FRONTIERE a primit invitatia de a participa ca membru cu drepturi depline in cadrul proiectului Network-Building Project: “Bridging Europaean Gaps” promovat de Kairos Jeunesse- organizatie non guvernamentala care fiinteaza sub forma unei coalitii europene alcatuita din grupuri de tineri si organizatii de tinert.

Proiectul consta in trei faze: inatalniri in Noiembrie 2003, Aprilie si Octombrie 2004 in Brussels, Belgium.

Scopul proiectului este acela de a stabili o retea de ONGuri active in dezvolatarea programelor internationale de tineret care va fi coordonatorea programului international ce va incepe in anul 2005.

Primul seminar de evaluare a capacitati fiecarei organizatii de implicare in program va avea loc pe data de 6- 10 Noiembrie 2003, in Brussels, Belgium.
Vor participa 20 de reprezentanti ai organizatilor de tineret invitate din urmatoarele tari: Belgium, UK, Germany,Hungary,Romania, Italy, Greece, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro and Macedonia.

In perioada 13-18 mai 2003, Asociatia TFF va fi reprezentata de Florin PASATOIU, presedinte TFF, la Forumul Contact din localitatea Ohrid, Macedonia. Evenimentul este desfasurat sub coordonarea Forumului European al Tineretului din Brussels si Balakn Youth Project.

La intalnire vor participa 60 de organizatii de tineret din Europa de Vest si Est.
Scopul intalnirii este acela de a dezvolta relatii de cooperare la nivelul politicii de tineret din regiune.

Obiectivele proiectului constau in stabilirea de partenriate orientate catre proiecte concrete, parte din ele urmand a fi finantate in cadrul Balkan Youth Project precum si analiza tuturor posibilitatilor de a dezvolat retele ale organizatiilor de tineret.

7 mai 2003, Aalborg, Denamrk - In urma intalnirii avute intre Florin PASATOIU, presedinte TFF si Susanne Konung, director al Scolii Sportive din Aalborg, s-au convenit urmatoarele:

- pentru anul 2004 cele doua institutii vor realiza in partenreiat urmatoarele proiecte:

a) schimb multilateral de tineret in colaboare cu alte 5 tari - localitatea Aalborg , Denmark;
b) gazduirea unui voluntar din partea TFF in cadrul Scolii Sportive din Aalborg , Denamrk pe o perioada cuprinsa intre 6 -12 luni.
